The EDIFICE License Plate Guideline for Transports units is based on the International Standard ISO/IEC 15459, which has been created to allow for unique identification of transport units, independent of the industrial sector for which the unit is transported. In this system each transport unit is assigned a number (called License Plate) which distinguishes it unambiguously from all other transport units that follow the same rules.
EDIFICE License Plate Structure:
LE XYZ 123456789012345
LE: Unique Code assigned to EDIFICE by the Registration Authority (AIM Global)
XYZ: Unique Company Identification Number (CIN), assigned by EDIFICE to the requesting company
123456789012345: Unique code allocated to the transport unit by the company identified by the preceding CIN
