Presentation:
Risk and Visibility in the Supply Chain
“Eyjafjallajokull;
we might not be able to pronounce it but we
have all felt its impact. But volcanic
ash is just the most visible of recent risks
that has impacted on the supply chain. This
presentation will look to determine where
risks to the supply chain come from, how
their impact is felt, and how they can be
mitigated. In seeking to prove why
visibility is more than just ‘track &
trace’, the presentation will use practical,
case-study based examples to establish why
communication and collaboration is vital for
the success of the modern supply chain.”
