Morley has worked for GXS
for 3 years and is currently
an Industry Marketing
Director, leading the global
strategy for the high tech
and automotive sectors. The
ongoing convergence of the
high tech and automotive

challenges and Mark tracks
the B2B trends, developments
and challenges incorporating
this information into GXS’
ongoing product development
strategy.
Prior
to joining GXS, Mark worked
for the National B2B Centre
in the UK, a government
funded organisation helping
small to medium sized
companies adopt B2B related
technology. Previously, Mark
was at PTC for 13 years, a
provider of product
lifecycle management
solutions, where he held a
number of senior positions
in technical, presales and
international marketing.
Mark
gained an MBA from Warwick
Business School and an MSc
degree in Computer Aided
Engineering Systems from
Cranfield University in the
UK.

Dhaul is the Director,

since 2008. Bidur is
leading the Lean Six Sigma(LSS)
Black Belt program to
establish Multi-tier
E-Connectivity across PCL
and demonstrate value
creation capability of
E-connectivity.
He initiated collaborative
contacts with Suppliers
(Outsourced Manufacturers
and Critical Component
Suppliers) and facilitated
their on-boarding to
E-connectivity. He has led
change management
initiatives and training
within upstream supply chain
to adopt the new way of
working. He has
also participated as a LSS
consultant in other supplier
collaboration projects such
as 'Cycle time reduction'
and 'Design for Logistics'.
Bidur
started at Philips in 2005
as Global Supply Chain
Manager, Hospitality TV
and in his second
assignment he took over the
role of Director, Sales and
Operations Business Planning
Processes for Philips

John Radko, Chief
Technology Strategist, GXS

John Radko, chief
technology strategist at
GXS, advises the GXS’
leadership team on
technology and coordinates
and encourages technology
advancement across the full
range of GXS product lines.
These include hosted supply
chain automation
applications, electronic
document interchange (EDI)
services and
business-to-business (B2B)
integration products.
John previously led the
architecture and
construction of the GXS
Internet Commerce Platform (ICP),
a standards-based
infrastructure for
provisioning GXS’ hosted
Internet services.
During the ICP project, Mr.
Radko played a significant
role in shifting the
engineering teams to open
standards and the Java
programming language for all
new development.
Prior to this, John held
a variety of technical
leadership positions within
GXS.
Mr. Radko’s career began
at GE, of which GXS was once
a subsidiary, in one of the
company’s technical
leadership development
programs. Mr. Radko earned a
Bachelor of Science from the

brings in more than 18 years
of professional experience.
She leads an international

Franziska’s special interest

models, providing visibility

Group.
In this role he provides

including discrete
manufacturing, process
manufacturing, automotive,
CPG, and retail.
Manenti has developed strong
market experience in
understanding
industry-specific process
challenges and
vertical-specific technology
trends in order to provide
strategies on IT demand from
both the end-user and vendor
perspectives.
He analyzes and anticipates
key trends in
industry-specific business
process challenges,
forecasts IT strategies and
spending in specific
sub-verticals in Western
Europe, and provides
consulting and advisory
support to end-user
organizations as well as IT
vendors.
Manenti comes to
Manufacturing Insights with
15 years' business
experience spanning the
functional disciplines of

business unit management,
supply chain and demand
management strategies and
implementation, customer
support, and accounting
processes.
Prior to joining IDC,
Manenti spent more than 10
years with TXT e-solution, a
Europe-based SCM software
vendor, where he held
increasing roles and
responsibilities, including

industries, and U.K.

D. Erhardt, III is Executive
Vice President of GS1 US,
responsible for managing all
strategic non-customer
relationships for the four
business units of GS1 US.
This includes government and
industry relations,
international affairs,
corporate secretarial, and
legal. In April 2008, he
also assumed P & L
responsibility for the
RosettaNet business unit.
Prior to
joining GS1 US in 2004, Mr.
Erhardt served as General
Counsel for the Water Heater
Industry Joint Research and
Development Consortium. In
this role, he provided
consortium members with
business and legal advice
surrounding national and
international standards
development, antitrust, and
the management of
intellectual property.
Mr. Erhardt also
held the position of General
Counsel to the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission in
the George H. W. Bush
Administration, where he was
nominated by the White House
and confirmed by the
bi-partisan commissioners to
the third ranking position
in an independent federal
regulatory agency.
In addition, Mr.
Erhardt was a partner at two
major law firms, most
recently McGuire Woods, LLP,
representing a variety of
Fortune 500 companies before
Federal departments,
agencies, and courts. Mr.
Erhardt obtained his Masters
of Business Administration
and undergraduate degrees
from Loyola University, and
his law degree from the
University of Baltimore
School of Law.
